Tangshan Caofeidian Baofeng Lingang Logistics Co., Ltd. was formally established in April, 2002 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Mainly engaged in general freight, logistics services, information loading, warehousing services, wholesale and retail steel, building materials (except timber and lime), iron ore, ferroalloys, import and export of goods and so on. The company built Caofeidian Lingang International Logistics Park project in the year of its establishment. The first phase of the project invested 416 million yuan, covering an area of 435.8 Mu and a total construction area of 89,000 square meters. The second phase of the project covers an area of 9850.07 square meters and a total construction area of 83732 square meters with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. Among them, 9185.4 square meters of comprehensive service building, 12597.12 square meters of e-commerce building, 31349.48 square meters of cold storage, 29700 square meters of indoor cargo yard and 900 square meters of maintenance workshop. And supporting domestic advanced refrigeration equipment and cold chain transport equipment and other related ancillary equipment.

The project of Caofeidian Lingang International Logistics Park aims to build a "large-scale modern commercial and trade logistics distribution base", and constructs an informationized, specialized, internationalized and modern garden-style logistics distribution that integrates international and domestic logistics distribution industry information collection, publication and physical transaction of commodities, transportation, handling, warehousing and distribution. It will be sent to the central park, supplemented by the development of seafood and aquatic products refrigeration, refrigeration, cold chain distribution export and flower and tree gathering business. The park includes international trade information exchange center, integrated service building, logistics distribution, product display, product packaging, transportation management center and container yard and other functional areas. By providing one-stop services such as domestic and foreign commodity trade, e-commerce, logistics operation, freight forwarding, electronic customs declaration, online settlement and so on, it has become a modern information exchange and international trade platform in northern China.

The project of Caofeidian Lingang International Logistics Park is based on Caofeidian Deepwater Port and Caofeidian Circular Economy Demonstration Zone, west of Tang-Cao Expressway, east of Qinglin Highway, north of Xincheng Avenue, and close to Caofeidian Wetland Export of Tang-Cao Expressway. It is 23 kilometers from Caofeidian Deepwater Port in the south, 80 kilometers from Qinhuangdao in the east, 70 kilometers from Tianjin in the West and 180 kilometers from Beijing in the north.
