In order to further satisfy the commuting needs of employees in the park enterprises, and provide fast and convenient travel conditions for the masses in Caofeidian District. Since this year, Caofeidian Port Logistics Park and Railway Office have made optimizing and adjusting the operation time of Tang-Cao Railway passenger transport and opening Caofeidian Port Station of Tang-Cao Railway and Beijing-Tang-Cao passenger train as the top priority of people's livelihood. With the strong support of the Party Committee and government of Tangshan City and Caofeidian District, and the unremitting efforts of the park staff, China Railway Corporation recently decided to adjust the starting time of passenger transport on Tang-Cao Railway.

At present, the Beijing Railway Administration Group Corporation has issued a network telegram. Since May 7, the running time of Tangshan-Caofeidian East Railway Passenger Train (K5282/1) has been adjusted from 07:30 to 07:09, and the arrival time of Caofeidian East Railway Station has been adjusted from 08:43 to 08:12, and the departure and arrival time are 21 minutes ahead of schedule respectively. With 31 minutes, the total running time is reduced from 73 minutes to 63 minutes; the last passenger train (K5288/7) of Caofeidian East Station-Tangshan Station has been adjusted from 18:35 to 18:08, and the arrival time of Tangshan Station has been adjusted from 19:50 to 19:13, 27 minutes and 37 minutes ahead of departure and arrival time respectively. The running time has been reduced from 75 minutes to 65 minutes.

The adjustment of the running time of the train is the first step to optimize the operation of passenger trains on the Tang-Cao Railway. The purpose is to ensure the commuting needs of some colleges, enterprises and institutions, and then to create a safer and more convenient travel environment, and to optimize and enhance the business environment of Caofeidian District.

Next, the Port Logistics Park and the Railway Office will closely combine the Beijing Railway Administration Group Corporation and China Railway Corporation to further study the opening of additional Tangshan-Caofeidian Port Station (Caofeidian Industrial Zone) and Beijing-Tang-Cao passenger trains. At the same time, the number of trains will be further encrypted and the speed of trains will be increased so as to serve Caofeidian.
